First, I can feel a big change in my body's overall ability to do exercises. I feel the flexibility, balance and core strengths all greatly enhanced. Secondly, after I started to train at Swing Fit, I’ve incurred no injuries. I feel my body is lighter and more agile. Thirdly, I feel more confident when I play golf because the whole movement is smoother.I have never met a coach like Sare who is able to design the exercises based on my actual physical conditions and is ready to adjust her plan anytime. I found her on a google search, read other people's comments and was curious. I wanted to improve myself with the help from a real professional.I feel being cared for and comfortable working with Sare and she has a good sense of humour. I also like the training room which is fully equipped, and the great music. It is important to follow professionals like Sare to improve your overall physical fitness to avoid being injured, and at the same time, to play up to your potential with more confidence.
