Limited to just 4 people per group, this programme is designed for golfers who are serious about results but love the social side of training.

With a focus on mobility, strength, and power, this semi-private program is perfect for golfers who want to improve performance while enjoying the energy and accountability of a small group setting.


You’ll receive expert-led coaching based on TPI methodology, and track your improvements with a full initial and final assessment.

Here's What's Included

  • 12 semi-private training sessions - 2 per week with expert golf fitness coaching

  • Initial TPI Golf Fitness Assessment - We assess mobility, stability, posture, swing limitations

  • Final TPI Reassessment to Measure Progress - Data-driven insights to see your transformation

  • Personalised Programming Built around your body, swing, and goals

  • Train With Friends (or Make New Ones) – Max 4 golfers per group = more coaching, more fun

  • Choose your slot: 7:30am or 8:15am – perfect before work or tee time

Do I need to be super fit to join? Nope! This programme is designed for all fitness levels. We’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build from there.

Can I book a group with my friends? Absolutely! Book a private team of 4 and train together in your own exclusive group.

What happens if I can't make every session? Life happens — we get it. While we encourage you to attend all sessions to get the best results, the programme is sold as a complete 6-week package. This means the full investment of $699 still applies, regardless of how many sessions you attend.


We do our best to keep things flexible where we can, and we’re happy to provide movement guidance if you miss a training session. Consistency is key, and your results will reflect the effort you put in!

Golf Fitness Assessment Screen

Don't know your golf fitness handicap, or wondering why you should get one?

The TPI movement screen is a simple test to quickly evaluate a player’s physical capabilities. We use the results of that assessment to determine how technical elements of your swing could be related to what your body can or can't do and provide you with a golf fitness handicap. We also use those results to create a unique plan for you.

Just like your golf handicap your golf fitness handicap ranges from 36 to +7. The better your handicap the better your body moves so you can say goodbye to:

  • Persistent aches and pains every time you play.

  • The limitations that are impacting the way you swing.

  • The compensatory patterns your body defaults to due to lack golf fitness.
