Meet The Coach Behind The Labs

For over a decade, I’ve been helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best — on the course and in everyday life. My approach combines science, experience, and a serious curiosity for how the body works.

As a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Professional, I help golfers unlock power, mobility, and longevity in their game. But my expertise extends beyond golf. Through years of studying movement, strength, and performance across multiple disciplines, I’ve developed a system that meets people exactly where they are — whether that’s chasing more distance off the tee or more energy to run a business, family, and life

At Swing Fit, we don’t do generic workouts. We assess, train, and coach with purpose — helping you move the way your body was designed to, not just the way a gym program says you should.

In a private North Shore studio I offer both The Performance Lab (for golfers) and The Vitality Lab (for women ready to rebuild strength and confidence through every stage of life).
