Swing Fit is a performance-based training studio built on science, not guesswork. We help golfers improve how their body moves and help high-performing women rebuild strength, energy, and confidence through every stage of life.
Two paths. One goal — better movement, better strength, better performance.
The Performance Lab is for golfers who want to play longer, hit further, and stay pain-free through intelligent, TPI-driven training.
The Vitality Lab is for women who juggle business, family, and life — and want to feel strong, sexy, and unstoppable again.
Both start with the same science-based screening and end with more energy, confidence, and results that actually last.
Nope. We start from where you are, not where you think you “should” be. Each program is tailored to your body, goals, and schedule.
We don’t do cookie-cutter workouts or random “best exercises.” Every session is built from your assessment, so you spend zero time on movements that don’t translate to real-world performance — in golf or in life.

We’ll assess, plan, and get you moving toward your goals straight away.
Your assessment is where the magic starts — it’s part science, part detective work.
We’ll take a deep dive into how your body moves, where it’s holding tension, and what’s limiting your performance (or zapping your energy).
In The Performance Lab, we use the TPI movement screen to assess your swing-related mobility, stability, and power.
In The Vitality Lab, we look at movement patterns, core control, posture, strength and energy levels to design a plan that fits your body and lifestyle.
You’ll leave with a clear picture of what’s working, what’s not, and exactly how to fix it — no guesswork, no overwhelm.

It's a detailed physical screen that identifies how your body is helping - or hindering your golf swing. I test mobility, stability, strength and power to pinpoint what needs work. It's the golf standard in golf fitness for a reason.
This assessment involves a golf specific movement screen to determine how well your body moves. You'll be guided through some golf specific movements the results of which will determine your golf fitness handicap.
We'll also perform some fitness exercises to determine which parts of your body should focus on strength and which on speed, for more overall power in your swings.
Don't worry, it's not scary and you can't fail, it's all about determining your baseline so we can build on it.

Just like your golf handicap your golf fitness handicap ranges from 36 to +7 the better your handicap the better your body moves.
The better your body moves the more consistency and power you can get in your swing.
Yes! My clients regularly experience less pain and more mobility. I identify the root cause, not just the symptom, and build a programme to get you moving pain-free—on and off the course.
Many clients feel improvements in flexibility and movement within the first few weeks. Big changes in strength, power, and distance usually show up around the 8–12 week mark with consistent training.
The Swing Fit App is your performance hub.
It’s where you’ll find weekly tips, guided challenges, education, and ongoing support to help you move better, feel stronger, and play better golf (and live well off the course too).
Think of it as Swing Fit in your pocket.
The free app gives you access to selected content, weekly tips, and community updates.
As you progress into coaching with Sare, your app naturally opens up with more support and guidance.
With the free Swing Fit app, you’ll get access to weekly performance and mobility tips, selected challenges, and community updates, along with a feel for how Swing Fit coaching works in practice. It’s designed to help you start moving in the right direction, build consistency, and explore the approach without any pressure to commit.
The app is built for:
Golfers who want more mobility, strength, power, and longevity
Busy people who want structured guidance without overwhelm
Anyone who likes having a plan instead of guessing
You don’t need to be training with Sare already to use it.
The app isn’t designed to replace 1:1 coaching — it’s there to support it. Many people use the app as a starting point to build better habits, understand how their body moves, and get consistent guidance between sessions. For clients already training with Sare, the app becomes an extension of their coaching, helping reinforce key concepts, provide structure between sessions, and keep everything in one place. It works alongside in-person coaching, not instead of it.
To get the most out of the app, you’ll need access to some basic equipment. Many of the sessions use bodyweight movements, but you’ll also see resistance bands, suspension training like a TRX, and simple gym equipment featured throughout. If you’re serious about improving your strength, mobility, and performance long term, having access to a gym (or a well-equipped home setup) will make a big difference. The exercises are still adaptable, but progress is best when you’ve got the right tools available.
Yes — the app is designed to be flexible. You can use it on your phone on both iOS and Android, and you can also log in through a browser on your computer. Your one login works across all devices, so you can switch between them easily depending on where you are.
If you already have access, simply click Sign In at the top of the website and log in with your details. If you’ve trained with Sare before or joined the app previously, your access is already set up and ready to go.
Yes — and it happens naturally. You can start with the free app and explore at your own pace. As you move into working with Sare as a client, your app access expands to include deeper coaching support, additional content, and guidance that complements your training.
