What is Swing Fit?

Swing Fit is a performance-based training studio built on science, not guesswork. We help golfers improve how their body moves and help high-performing women rebuild strength, energy, and confidence through every stage of life.
Two paths. One goal — better movement, better strength, better performance.

What's the difference between the Performance Lab and the Vitality Lab?

The Performance Lab is for golfers who want to play longer, hit further, and stay pain-free through intelligent, TPI-driven training.

The Vitality Lab is for women who juggle business, family, and life — and want to feel strong, sexy, and unstoppable again.

Both start with the same science-based screening and end with more energy, confidence, and results that actually last.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Nope. We start from where you are, not where you think you “should” be. Each program is tailored to your body, goals, and schedule.

What's different about Swing Fit compared to a regular personal trainer?

We don’t do cookie-cutter workouts or random “best exercises.” Every session is built from your assessment, so you spend zero time on movements that don’t translate to real-world performance — in golf or in life.

What can I expect at my assessment?

Your assessment is where the magic starts — it’s part science, part detective work.


We’ll take a deep dive into how your body moves, where it’s holding tension, and what’s limiting your performance (or zapping your energy).

In The Performance Lab, we use the TPI movement screen to assess your swing-related mobility, stability, and power.

In The Vitality Lab, we look at movement patterns, core control, posture, strength and energy levels to design a plan that fits your body and lifestyle.

You’ll leave with a clear picture of what’s working, what’s not, and exactly how to fix it — no guesswork, no overwhelm.

What's TPI?

What is a TPI golf fitness assessment?

It's a detailed physical screen that identifies how your body is helping - or hindering your golf swing. I test mobility, stability, strength and power to pinpoint what needs work. It's the golf standard in golf fitness for a reason.

What can i expect at my TPI golf fitness assessment?

This assessment involves a golf specific movement screen to determine how well your body moves. You'll be guided through some golf specific movements the results of which will determine your golf fitness handicap.

We'll also perform some fitness exercises to determine which parts of your body should focus on strength and which on speed, for more overall power in your swings.

Don't worry, it's not scary and you can't fail, it's all about determining your baseline so we can build on it.

What is a golf fitness handicap?

Just like your golf handicap your golf fitness handicap ranges from 36 to +7 the better your handicap the better your body moves. 

The better your body moves the more consistency and power you can get in your swing.

Will your training help with back, hip or shoulder pain?

Yes! My clients regularly experience less pain and more mobility. I identify the root cause, not just the symptom, and build a programme to get you moving pain-free—on and off the course.

How soon will I see results?

Many clients feel improvements in flexibility and movement within the first few weeks. Big changes in strength, power, and distance usually show up around the 8–12 week mark with consistent training.
